trivia
“Bubble Dizzy” is one of many arcade games in the Dizzy series.
Programmed by W.A.S.P., Reflective Designs and published by Codemasters for the Sinclair ZX Spectrum, Amstrad CPC 464, Commodore 64, Amiga, Atari ST and PC DOS in November 1991.
The game was also released as part of the 16-bit “Dizzy’s Excellent Adventures” compilation.
In 2007, an unofficial port of the game was released for the Gameboy Advance by Foxy and zeGouky.

Like “Dizzy Down the Rapids”, this game derived from a mini-game found in “The Fantastic Adventures of Dizzy” and “Fantastic Dizzy”.
The aim of each level is to help Dizzy reach the top of the sea bed before he runs out of oxygen.
To rise to the surface, Dizzy can jump onto the bubbles rising from the floor of the deep caverns.
Leap on top of a bubble, stay balanced and Dizzy will float towards the surface.
However, the bubble Dizzy is standing on can burst at any moment.
By leaping onto bubbles and ledges, Dizzy can reach the surface and hop onto dry land.
Other dangers lurk in the caverns.
The ocean’s creatures can also drain Dizzy’s oxygen meter.
Some ledges house oysters where Dizzy can collect its pearls.
If you collect enough pearls, Dizzy can make a pearl necklace for Daisy (Even though she doesn’t have a neck!).
